Do we get the $100 bonus if we get 5 members anywhere in our downline, or do they have to be direct level 1 sign ups?

To follow up… here are the steps necessary to be eligible to receive the $100 bonus.

1.       Purchased at least 10 GDI DVDs

2.       Account is paid and in good standing

3.       You have a PayPal account in order to collect your prize money. Make sure this account uses the SAME e-mail account that you used to register with GDI

4.       You have e-mailed a testimonial to ws_testimonials@wsdomains.ws along with your permission to use it.

a.       In the e-mail you have to include a promotional tip

b.      You also have to include a photo of yourself in JPEG format

5.       Read, signed, and returned the last pages of these documents- Independent Affiliate Agreement Terms and Conditions Independent Affiliate Policies and Procedures

6.       Government issued picture ID

7.       Completed Form W-9

All of the appropriate paperwork should then be sent via email, fax, or regular mail. It is not necessary to send the entire Independent Affiliate Agreement Terms and Conditions or the entire Independent Affiliate Policies and Procedures. They require only the last signed page for each of those.
