6. Mail or fax a photocopy of a government issued picture identification (driver’s license or passport) to Global Domains International GDI
7. Complete Form W-8
PLEASE NOTE: Line 6 of the W-8 form indicates “if required”. If you have a taxpayer ID (SSN or EIN), you should enter it in that box. If you do not have one, you should leave it blank.
All of the appropriate paperwork should then be sent via email, fax, or regular mail. It is not necessary to send the entire Independent Affiliate Agreement Terms and Conditions or the entire Independent Affiliate Policies and Procedures. Global Domains International GDI requires only the last signed page for each of those.

GDI has been around for a long time. More and more people join after all this time. Are there any more details about what this is about? What are the DVDs? I thought GDI was web hosting.

Could you tell me how many websites GDI allows to host? I have account in HostGator and their I can host unlimited number of sites. Even HostGator also have affiliate program.

You can only host 1 domain per $10/month package. BUT this affiliate program is different. You get $1/month for every 1 person you refer, and $1/month for every person that person refers, and so on for 5 levels down.
So, once you have more than 10 affiliates under you, your hosting is paid for. And you can refer as many as you want. And your affiliates can refer as many as they want!
And then there are bonuses!!
