Week 2: Twitter and my 1st sign up!- Global Domains International GDI

The Real Global Domains International GDI, the MLM home business opportunity.

               Twitter has become a powerful marketing tool for many businesses. It is no surprise that a great opportunity like Global Domains International GDI has found a home on Twitter. Twitter is how I found out about Global Domains International GDI so I figured this is where I would start marketing my home based business opportunity.

                I set up 3 Twitter accounts. The first one is businessquote which I do daily updated business related quotes. I hope to target “business” minded people who are looking to jump at a good opportunity. The second one I stared is richdadquotes which I do daily updated Robert Kiyosaki quotes. He is a strong supporter of network marketing and this is the market I hope to target. Not the problem with these 2 markets is that they were both saturated with other “business” opportunities so I wanted to pick one that was not really taken. I went to amazon.com and saw that one of the top rated selling books was the Twilight series. I decided to start twilightquote in which I do daily updated quotes out of the book. I hope to target this HUGE market with a home based business opportunity that has not been presented there before. Only time will tell how my results are.

                I use 3 services that were recommended to me by my Global Domains Interational GDI upline to maximize my effort while minimizing my time. They are…

TweetDeck- You can manage multiple accounts from 1 application. Also allows you to do keyword searching so you can target certain people who are discussing relative topics

Tweetlater- You can schedule multiple tweets for different times, auto-follow, and auto-reply

Twollo- Automatically follows people based on certain key words.

                Now the key to Twitter is your number of followers. You need to increase the amount of people who follow you and it will be a snowball effect. A suggestion I received from my upline was to follow 500 people a day for 3 days. Then on the 4thday, unfollow everyone who is not following you. Then simply repeat. If you do more than 500 in one day Twitter will block you because it will assume you are spamming. As my blog continues I will discuss how these efforts pay off.

                To my surprise, my Twitter marketing led to my first sign up! So in just over one week, I had a member in my Global Domains International GDI downline thanks to these efforts!
